The Training

The focus of our training was to build strength, power and lean body mass, in order to minimise injury and optimize performance. The biggest challenges we had were maintaining body mass over 9 months and recovering efficiently from injuries when they arose. It took a holistic approach to achieve this, which included addressing the following key areas:
